In line with the European Data Act, Mill is committed to ensuring transparency and user control over product data. The following document explains how our solutions meet the Act’s requirements and support fair and secure data access.
Service Transparency Statement
The Mill Cloud runs on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using serverless and managed components to ensure reliability, scalability, and secure data handling. The system is designed for high availability (typically above 99.9%) and real-time device communication.
Occasional maintenance or temporary interruptions may occur due to external factors, but our systems are built to recover automatically and minimize disruption. Service performance may vary depending on network conditions and regional infrastructure.
